We ask for 10% deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is required 7 days prior to departure date.
Ideally, we require 7 days prior to departure date for full refund of deposit. If our office has not been notified of cancelled trip and we have dispatched a driver already, there will be a $500.00 charge.
Unfortunately, our motorcoaches are all access by several stairs and NOT equipped with a wheelchair lift.
How long can a driver drive in a day?
A driver cannot be “on duty” more than a 14 hour work day…the driver needs a full 8 hours off before they can drive again.
Our driver’s take a lot of pride to make each and every trip a very pleasurable experience…they graciously accept and appreciate any gratuities offered.
