Travel Tips

Traveling via motorcoach is generally worry free, but just in case you have questions or concerns, we’ve assembled a list of travel tips to help you make sure that your ride with us is a good one. When in doubt, give us a call!

• Make sure to get your driver’s name and phone number in order to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays on schedule.
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to give your group time to get organized and board smoothly. This will also help your driver know where to find you.
• Pack plenty of drinks and snacks so that you can relax and enjoy the ride. Our only exceptions are sunflower seeds and milk products. This helps us keep the bus clean for the next group.
• Pass out an itinerary to members of your group so that they know what to expect and where they need to be. The more planning you have in place, the better your experience will be.
• Designate at least one adult as a group leader in order to make sure that everything goes according to plan. This also helps when conducting a final walkthrough to make sure that nothing is left behind.
• Don’t be afraid to ask your driver to come along and join you in your activities. They love to be part of the group!
